I love radish cake so much. I lived in Taiwan for five years and when I came back to the states I missed it so much. I have a hard time finding a vegan version. This is so yummy!

I usually prefer radish cakes with chunky radish pieces, but this one, even without them, still tasted really good! The radish and dried shrimp flavors came through nicely, and the texture was smooth, not cakey or dry. Surprisingly, it’s better than most dim sum places I’ve tried around town!
