I was very intrigued about the self heating aspect so I decided to try this. Initially, I forgot to add water to the ingredients because the instructions didn’t say how much so I had to pop the lid open while the bottom was already boiling. This does get really hot extremely fast so be careful! Overall the flavor and quantity were good. It does have a spicy kick so you’ve been warned! The “meat” is just rolls of tofu skin.
